  • Collecting the required documents depending on the country of origin of the parent company
  • Drafting the Articles of Association (if necessary)
  • Obtaining entry in the National Court Register
  • Obtaining entry in the register of foreign enterprises kept by the Minister of Labour Development and Technology
  • Submission of all documents, e.g. to the Social Security Institution and the Tax Office, and entry in mandatory registers according to current requirements

  • receipt of invoices for expenses from the indicated supplier portals of the Principal and posting them on the Client Portal;
  • preparing batch payments list for the bank;
  • approval and making payments in accordance with the power of attorney granted by the Principal;
  • monitoring receivables in the Client Portal;
  • soft debt collection (at the request of the Principal);
  • receiving bank statements and uploading them to the Client Portal.

HR and payroll services:

  • maintenance of personnel files;
  • providing customers with remote access to HR and payroll data via a secure connection using VPN technology (at the request of the Client);
  • preparing payroll;
  • assistance in drafting regulations governing work, remuneration, employee benefit fund;
  • creating and maintaining personnel files in accordance with current legislation;
  • drafting of employment contracts, annexes to contracts, certificates of employment and other documents relevant to the establishment and termination of the employment relationship;
  • drafting civil law contracts (contract of mandate, contract of specific work, contract of specific work with transfer of copyright);
  • advising on the correct billing of civil law contracts;
  • preparation and submission to the Client of payroll batch payments lists ready to be imported into the bank;
  • providing the Client via e-mail or traditional delivery of payment documents relating to monthly liabilities to the Social Security Institution and the Tax Office;
  • preparation of annual information on collected advance income tax payments (PIT-4R, PIT-8AR, IFT-R);
  • preparation of annual information on income (PIT-11, PIT-40);
  • providing customers with remote access to HR and payroll data via a secure connection using VPN technology (at the request of the Client);
  • calculation of allowances for the Employee Benefit Fund, etc.
